Why clubs partner
with SH
Sending athletes to train independently is one option. Partnering with SH is a different proposition entirely, for the club, for the coaches, and for the parents.
When athletes train independently, clubs lose visibility for the entire summer. With SH, your coaching staff receives weekly performance updates and full video footage, so you can continue their development the moment they're back.
An athlete who travels alone is entirely on their own if something goes wrong. With SH there's a professional structure responsible for every athlete, with airport transfers, on-site physio and daily supervision. That protects the club and gives parents confidence.
"Our club has a summer training partner in Chile" is a completely different conversation with parents than "find something yourself." Directors who bring this option to their families are delivering a tangible advantage that other clubs aren't offering.
While the competition sits at home for three months, your athletes are logging gate runs at 3,333m. That shows in results, with better technique, stronger confidence and sharper race instincts from day one of the season. That reflects directly on your program.
We handle
everything
end-to-end
Your job is to prepare your athletes before they arrive. Our job is everything from the moment their flight lands in Santiago.
Scheduled Sunday transfers from SCL. We meet athletes at arrivals and take them directly to El Colorado, one hour from the airport.
On-mountain lodging with meals included. Fully coordinated by SH, so clubs and families don't book or manage anything separately.
Structured gate sessions every morning. SL and GS daily. Speed training (SG and DH) at Corralco available upon request.
Daily video review with coaching staff. Athletes and your club coaches receive full footage to continue the work when they return home.
Physiotherapy support available throughout camp. Minor injuries managed on site so athletes stay on snow, not in a clinic.
Weekly updates sent to your club coach. Full performance report per athlete at end of camp, so you can share results with parents.
In the most recent Winter Olympics at Milano-Cortina 2026, nine out of ten alpine events included at least one medalist who had trained at El Colorado. That's not a coincidence. It's the result of the conditions, the altitude, and the quality of training athletes get here every summer.
