Meet the team
Two people responsible for everything — the training on snow and the experience off it.
Godino
Rafael brings 30 years of international alpine ski racing experience to SH Racing Camps. His career spans some of the most competitive environments in the sport, from coaching at the Junior Olympic Festival in Poland and the Junior World Championships in Crans-Montana, to serving as Spain's captain at the South American Cup for five consecutive years.
He has led technical programs at the highest level across four continents. He also coached on FIS circuits across France, Italy, Norway and Slovenia.
Rafael holds the highest level of coaching certification in Spain and is a certified ISIA National Coach. He brings the same precision and discipline to athlete development that defines everything he does.
Carrasco
Pablo is the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly from the moment you land in Santiago to the last day on snow. Born and raised in Santiago, with El Colorado as his home mountain, he brings unmatched local knowledge combined with over a decade of international experience in high performance ski operations.
He has worked as a FIS-level coach in Europe, training and guiding athletes in Switzerland and France, and served as Canada's South American Cup captain for speed races. He has worked with elite teams across North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and South America.
His focus is simple: delivering a world-class training environment where athletes and families can focus entirely on performance without worrying about logistics. Pablo is your primary point of contact for all operational matters and is reachable directly by WhatsApp throughout your stay.
On-site physiotherapy support is available throughout the camp. El Colorado and Farellones also have several medical assistance centres on the mountain. For anything more serious, Santiago is less than one hour away with first-class hospital facilities.
